Katherine Wilson
LMSW
Psychotherapist
My name is Kat and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker that has been working in the field for over 3 years. I have a diverse background history and was drawn to this field while working with deaf children at St. Mary's School for the Deaf. Working at the school has shown me the need for therapeutic services especially with this population. This sparked my search for expanding my expertise where I applied to the UB School of Social Work where I received my masters. I see a variety of clients with various needs, all ages, and in particular with deaf children. I have over 10 years of experience working with a diverse population from intellectually disabled adults, deaf children, and those struggling with their mental health. Person centered is the focus of my practice. I meet you where you are at and work collaboratively throughout your therapy journey.
