Miranda Albini LMHC

Psychotherapist

I have practiced in the mental health field for over three years. I received my BA in Psychology and English, as well as my Masters in Mental Health Counseling all from the University at Buffalo.

I spent several years working in community mental health advocating for and serving a diverse population, including those struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, personality disorders, substance use, domestic violence and grief. I have worked with ages ranging from 5-85, specializing in child and adolescent populations. My practice is rooted in trauma informed, person-center care, utilizing skills from DBT, CBT, ACT, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Play Therapy.

Navigating through life's challenges can be overwhelming, and you don’t have to do it alone. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, welcoming space for individuals to express themselves, heal, and continue to grow.
